Find the right fix for an image that will not open or upload
Start by checking the file extension and the destination's format, size, and dimension rules.
iPhone photos will not open on Windows
If the files end in .heic or .heif, you can use a compatible viewer on your PC. If you need JPG files, open the converter, choose the files, select Convert to JPG, and download the results. Multiple files can be downloaded as a ZIP. The original files are not changed. Damaged or unsupported files may fail.
A site rejects your WebP image
Check whether that site accepts JPG. If it does, choose the WebP file in the converter and download a JPG. Transparent areas become white. If the upload still fails, check file size and dimensions; the compress and crop tools may help with those separate limits.
Get a still picture from an LIVP Live Photo
Select the LIVP file in the converter and download its still JPG cover. Keep the original LIVP if you need the motion video or Live Photo effect. This tool does not export video or repair damaged files.
Format is accepted, but the upload still fails
Use crop for aspect ratio or longest-edge requirements. Use compress to reduce file size while keeping pixel dimensions. A target KB is best effort and cannot be guaranteed for every image.
