Shiguang Converter helps you convert, compress, and crop images. Selected image files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to this site.

What the tools do

Convert HEIC, HEIF, and WebP to JPG, or extract a still cover from a supported LIVP file. Up to 20 files and 500 MB of original files per batch.
Compress images by changing encoding quality while retaining pixel dimensions. Export JPG or WebP.
Crop with free or fixed ratios, or resize by the longest edge. Composition guides appear in the preview only.

Limits to know

LIVP processing exports a still image, not its motion video. JPG has no transparency, so transparent WebP areas become white. Full EXIF, GPS, HDR, and color profile data may not be preserved after re-encoding. Damaged or unsupported files may fail.
